Key Terms at a Glance

1. Eligibility

To register and use jet9 you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while you hold an active account on the platform:

• Age RequirementYou must be at least 21 years of age. jet9 enforces a strict 21+ policy. Proof of age is required during KYC verification and may be requested by jet9 at any time during the account lifecycle.
• JurisdictionYou must access the platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in your location before registering.
• Legal CapacityYou must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons declared legally incapacitated or subject to court-imposed restrictions on contracting may not register.
• Single AccountYou may hold only one active jet9 account. Operating multiple accounts under your own name or using another person's identity is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all related accounts without prior notice.

2. Account Registration and KYC Verification

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your jet9 account. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and entitles jet9 to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice.

• Registration DetailsYou must register with your own Bangladesh mobile number, which serves as your primary account identifier and is linked to your chosen payment wallet for deposits and withdrawals.
• KYC Documentsjet9 may request identity verification documents at any time, including a National Identity Card, passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
• Account SecurityYou are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jet9 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have shared your credentials or failed to take reasonable steps to protect them.
• Account TransferYour jet9 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of both the original and the receiving accounts.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jet9 are processed through supported mobile wallet channels. jet9 does not accept cash or direct bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum DepositThe minimum deposit across all supported wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. Large deposits may require additional KYC verification before being credited to your account balance.
• Withdrawal ProcessingWithdrawals are processed to the same wallet used for the most recent deposit. jet9 applies no platform fee on mobile wallet withdrawals. Verified accounts are typically processed within 24 hours; unverified accounts may experience delays pending KYC completion.
• Withdrawal EligibilityAt least one completed deposit is required before any withdrawal request will be processed. Balances credited solely from bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
• Dormant AccountsAn account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. jet9 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 to dormant account balances after the dormancy period begins. You will be notified before any fee is applied.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

jet9 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered account holders. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering RequirementsUnless otherwise stated, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the promotion details at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonus Abusejet9 reserves the right to void bonus credits and any related winnings if a player is found to have engaged in bonus abuse, including low-risk strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent.
• Promotional Changesjet9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to an active promotion's terms will be communicated to eligible players via the platform notification system.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games on jet9 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure outcomes are determined by a provably fair, statistically random process. Return-to-Player (RTP) rates are set by the game provider and are not modified by jet9.

• Interrupted GamesIf a game round is interrupted by a technical failure or disconnection, jet9 will attempt to resolve it using the last verifiable game state. If the round cannot be resolved, jet9 reserves the right to void the round and refund the stake to the player's account balance.
• Collusion and CheatingAny form of collusion, use of automated software (bots), exploitation of software errors, or any method intended to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Obvious ErrorsIn the event of an obvious error in a displayed price, odds, payout table, or game outcome caused by a system malfunction, jet9 reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore account balances to their pre-error state. jet9's determination of what constitutes an obvious error is final.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jet9 platform. Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct are subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure:

• Registering using false identity information, including using another person's name, date of birth, mobile number, or payment wallet.
• Using the platform for money laundering, including structuring deposits and withdrawals to obscure the origin of funds. jet9 has a zero-tolerance policy for money laundering and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required by law.
• Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy, or any technology designed to mask your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions applicable to the platform.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour directed at other players, live dealers, or jet9 support staff through any platform communication channel.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

jet9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. The following circumstances may lead to suspension or termination without limiting jet9's general right to act on any conduct it deems contrary to these Terms:

• Breach of TermsAny breach of these Terms, including eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or misuse of bonuses, may result in immediate suspension pending investigation, followed by permanent closure where the breach is confirmed.
• Legal or Regulatory Requirementsjet9 may be required to close or restrict an account to comply with applicable legal obligations, a court order, or a directive from a competent authority. In such cases jet9 will act in compliance without being able to disclose the specific reason for closure.
• Voluntary ClosureYou may close your jet9 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed to your registered withdrawal wallet, subject to completion of outstanding wagering requirements and identity confirmation.

8. Responsible Gaming

jet9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. Player protection tools are accessible from every verified account dashboard. The 21+ age restriction is strictly enforced through mandatory KYC verification at the point of registration.

• Deposit LimitsYou may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Self-ExclusionYou may request self-exclusion for a period of your choosing. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. During self-exclusion you will not be able to log in, deposit, wager, or receive promotional communications from jet9.
• Gaming as EntertainmentCasino gaming and sports betting are entertainment products. They must never be used as a source of income or as a way to resolve financial difficulties. If gaming is causing you financial or personal harm, use the self-exclusion tool in your account settings or contact our support team immediately. 21+ only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jet9's aggregate liability to any account holder arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any services provided shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that account holder in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jet9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses from technical failures, game interruptions, delayed withdrawals, or unavailability of specific games or markets. Nothing in these Terms limits jet9's liability for fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jet9 platform — including its design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, and game assets displayed through the platform interface — is the property of jet9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from jet9 is strictly prohibited.

11. Amendments to These Terms

jet9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jet9 will notify registered account holders via their registered mobile number at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date.
